NASHVILLE, Tenn. (August 14, 2026)
James River Worship, the worship collective of James River Church, releases its second full-length album, Holy Moment, today. Created from the heart of the local church, the new project reflects the collective’s desire to create songs that draw people closer to God and lead listeners into a powerful encounter with His presence.
“We are beyond excited about what God is going to do through this worship album,” shares James River Worship. “We are asking for Jesus to use these songs to save, heal, deliver, and bring powerful holy moments to the lives of people. We are so thankful for all the incredible people who helped make this record possible for His glory!”
Holy Moment follows the release of four singles from the project: “I’ve Got Joy,” “Hallelujah, I’m Free,” “Unto The Lamb,” and “Jehovah.” The album’s title track, “Holy Moment,” serves as the focus track for the release and captures the heart behind the project: creating space for people to encounter God and experience the transforming power of His presence.
James River Worship’s prayer is that each song would empower both individuals and the collective body of Christ to encounter the presence of God, experience breakthrough, and discover the supernatural freedom found in knowing Jesus.
The new album builds on James River Worship’s 2025 debut full-length project, Glorious, which featured “Stronghold Walls,” “Abba Father,” “Closer” and “All Things New.” Over the past year, the collective has experienced significant growth, including a 700% increase in streams and a 349% increase in YouTube views. With a combined social following of more than 600,000, James River Worship has also seen a 400% increase in Instagram Reel views, generating more than 1 million Reel views in the last 30 days.
With Holy Moment, James River Worship continues its mission of releasing worship birthed from the local church that glorifies Jesus and carries the hope of the Gospel to people around the world.
