7x New York Times best-selling author, 2x national champion, Heisman Trophy winner, speaker, author, entrepreneur and College Football Hall of Fame inductee Tim Tebow announces his new book, 40 Days to Look Again: A Devotional to Embrace Your Worth, Reclaim Your Hope, and Run with Confidence, releasing on September 29 via Nelson Books/HarperCollins Christian Publishing.
40 Days to Look Again is a forty-day, structured devotional which calls readers to live in a confidence rooted not in ourselves, but in who God has called us to be. The devotional encourages readers to allow their identity in Christ to change the way they live, searching for ways to care for those who are often overlooked or finding hope in situations that seem hopeless.
Through forty days of continuous practice, Tebow proves that human worth is not rooted in achievement, status or success, but in God alone. Each entry includes a Biblical passage, a reflection from Tebow’s own life, a “declare statement” to speak the Truth over the reader’s life and a “do statement” for putting the teaching into practice. Daily themes include ideas of purpose, confidence, faith and reconciliation.
40 Days to Look Again is an accompaniment to Tebow’s New York Times best-seller Look Again: Recognize Your Worth. Renew Your Hope. Run with Confidence. Debuting at No. 8 on New York Times’ Bestsellers list, Nov. 10 on USA Today’s Bestsellers list and No. 9 on Publishers Weekly’s Bestsellers list, Look Again shares a similar message of seeing each person in God’s image through personal stories and biblical insights.
“Through the devotional, you’ll be reminded of God’s radical love for you and challenged to reflect that love to others,” says Tebow. “You’ll be encouraged to take your eyes off the temporary and fix them on eternity. And you’ll be equipped to run your race, not aimlessly, not timidly, but with the bold, steady confidence that comes from walking with Jesus.”
The devotional connects to Tebow’s central passion of bringing Faith, Hope, and Love to those needing a brighter day through the Tim Tebow Foundation. Since 2010, the Tim Tebow Foundation has served marginalized communities in 115+ countries, through work focused on Anti-Human Trafficking & Child Exploitation, Orphan Care + Prevention, Profound Medical Needs, and Special Needs Ministry.
The book is available for pre-order now and will be released in hardcover, eBook, and audiobook formats.
