NASHVILLE, TN — [May 9, 2025]
Acclaimed singer-songwriter Nathan Sheridan is set to release his most personal and emotionally charged single yet, “Your Daddy’s Fine,” on June 13, 2025 via Amplo Records. The powerful track offers a vulnerable glimpse into the heart of a father determined to break the chains of generational trauma—choosing love, resilience, and presence over pain.
Rooted in real-life struggles and told with unflinching honesty, “Your Daddy’s Fine” unfolds as a quiet vow from a wounded man who refuses to let his scars define him. Instead, he offers a sacred promise to his child: Don’t cry, I’ve got you. Through whispered strength and unwavering tenderness, the song becomes a portrait of redemptive fatherhood—of healing found in the act of staying.
“This song is everything I wish I could’ve heard and everything I hope to be,” Sheridan shares. “It’s about carrying your past without letting it control your future, especially when someone you love is counting on you to rewrite the story.”
Sheridan’s latest offering continues his tradition of soul-baring songwriting, inviting listeners into a space where pain and hope collide. With sparse yet powerful production, “Your Daddy’s Fine” is not just a song—it’s a statement. A message for anyone striving to become more than what they were handed.
About Nathan Sheridan
A rising force in contemporary Christian music, Nathan Sheridan is known for blending authentic storytelling with a dynamic, genre-blurring sound. Raised by his grandparents in Louisiana after a difficult childhood marked by the loss of his sister and his parents’ addiction, Sheridan found faith at age 14—an encounter that redefined his life’s direction.
After high school, he enlisted in the National Guard and served for six years, including a deployment to Kuwait where he led worship for fellow soldiers. That experience deepened his sense of purpose and paved the way for his music ministry.
Sheridan’s 2018 debut album Broken With You introduced his distinctive voice to the world. Since then, he’s garnered acclaim for singles like “Again”—a heartfelt tribute to WWII veterans that premiered on CMT’s Artist Discovery platform—and “Something Worth Singing About,” which has surpassed 6 million streams and earned a feature on the GRAMMYs’ Positive Vibes Only series.
A seasoned performer, Sheridan has shared the stage with artists such as Matthew West, Amy Grant, CAIN, Ben Fuller, and Tasha Layton. His most recent single, “He Is The Way” (released June 2024), hinted at the deeper, more reflective direction his music is taking.
“Your Daddy’s Fine” releases everywhere on Friday, June 13, 2025.
