NASHVILLE, TENN. (MAY 19, 2025)
Integrity Music’s Aaron Williams releases his new album Abide, featuring seven congregational songs for the Church. The title track, written a few years ago, has become a regular in Sunday morning set lists, currently sitting at No. 46 on the CCLI chart.
“Each song on this album explores what it means to abide in every season. From ‘Resurrection Hope,’ which speaks to our ultimate hope of life with God, to the closing track, ‘God and God Alone,’ which is about learning to abide when all we have left is Him, these songs reflect different facets of that same invitation to remain in Christ,” shares Aaron Williams. “That’s the origin and the heartbeat behind this project.”
Sonically, this is an album with beautiful soundscapes that blend modern and organic elements with a full band, strings, and acoustic guitars. Featured artists on Abide include Passion’s Melodie Malone, Jon Reddick, SEU Worship’s Chelsea Plank, and Leonard Ray Jarman.
He adds, “I hope this album helps people understand that abiding relationship more deeply. But more intricately, I hope it speaks to the nuances of how that abiding happens—how it unfolds moment by moment, day by day, throughout our lives.”
